About Charlotte
Charlotte grew up in a French household where nobody ate out — her grandmother and her mother taught her in the kitchen of a country house, and the habit stuck through an eighteen-month trip around the world and a move to Salt Lake City in 2019. What she cooks is home food done properly: beef bourguignon, coq au vin, salmon en croûte, a grazing board to open, and no decoration for the sake of it. Her rule about real ingredients is not marketing, it is the thing she says first. The one constraint worth knowing before you read further is her table size — she takes seven guests and up, which makes her a good fit for a full ski house and the wrong call for a couple on a weekend away.
- Seven-guest minimum, stated here rather than at the quote stage
- French, raised on it — her Cottonwood menus are the ones written for Utah tables
- Cooks around dairy and other restrictions without turning it into a separate menu

What guests wrote afterwards
“One of our group is lactose-intolerant and he could eat every single thing she put down, which almost never happens. She cooked and delivered the lot and we all enjoyed it.”
Megan O.— Park City · 5.0 ★“Big family, all of us fed properly. We asked for casual rather than formal and that is exactly what we got — fresh food, presented well, no ceremony. She even helped us work out the seating.”
Daniel F.— Park City · 4.8 ★“She talked to everyone, answered questions about the food and about cooking in general, and the meal was extraordinary from the charcuterie tray onward. Good company as well as a good chef.”
